For those who are not aware whats Qaranqashow is all about. Qaranqashow, a traditional event for children celebrated on the 14th evening of the Holy Month of Ramadan, is a time when children visit neighborhood houses singing special songs and receiving sweets.

So yesterday, knowing there would be bunch of crowds and happenings, is perfect for street photography. In this case, indoor street photography, as the occasion took place in Al Massa Plaza in Shatti Al Qurum in Muscat Oman. Ofcourse I took my trusted companion the Leica M9 Camera with the 35mm Summicron Lens. The beauty of these type of occasions, everyone is carrying a camera, so the stares and the fear of people looking at you is minimal, so one can shoot away without any problems and trouble.  Enough with the talks, here are the photos enjoy.
